Schedule for the Convention (subject to change) Thursday, June 8 11:00-01:00 pm - Sound load-in 01:00-04:00 pm - Sound checks and booth setup 05:00 pm - Doors open 06:00-09:00 pm - Evening Showcase Concert 09:30-11:00 pm - Social event on site for artists, their paid guests, and IGMA members only. (This is a ticketed event. All tickets must be pre-ordered.) Friday, June 9 09:30-11:30 am - Sound checks and booth setup 11:30-01:00 pm - Lunch break 01:00-04:00 pm - Sound checks and booth setup 05:00 pm - Doors open 06:00-09:00 pm - Evening Showcase Concert 09:20-10:30 pm - Pizza Party on site for artists, their paid guests, and IGMA members. Cost of All Events Passes - 3 Concerts, including all seminars
Price is $20 after May 31 and available only at the Convention site and ARK Book & Gift Store at Eastbrook Plaza in Columbus.
Admission charges for individual evening concert showcases are:
Thursday, $10; Friday, $10; Saturday, $15. THESE ARE AVAILABLE ONLY AT THE DOOR EACH EVENING.
All Events Passes will be held under your name at Will Call.
IGMA members will receive a name badge instead of a printed pass (ticket).

"On the Road" Story Swap Time
Saturday - 3:00 pm
One of the most popular "seminars" from year to year. Not technically a seminar, but always full of laughs! This session allows all participating artists and fans to share humorous stories, compare notes, and fess up to what they've learned "the hard way!" Interesting, funny, and (voluntarily) embarrassing, these shared moments of learning experiences can provide catharsis! Great for building camaraderie!
